1. Delete your owner account in the app
You can delete your SharelyApp account yourself, at any time, in the app on iPhone, Android or the web:
- Open your work profile settings, then Personal account.
- Choose Delete account, read what will be deleted, and confirm.
- If you haven’t signed in during the last few minutes, the app asks you to sign in again first, to confirm it’s you.
You need an internet connection. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone; you are signed out on all your devices.
2. What is deleted
- Your account: email, phone number, photo, sign-in methods, passkeys and connected Google, Apple or Facebook logins.
- All your work profiles, with their services, photos, working hours, time off, languages and settings.
- All appointments, requests and customer lists in those work profiles, and your notifications and AI assistant conversations.
- Your booking pages: their links stop working immediately.
- Your connections to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and AI chat apps, including the access tokens we held.
- Any scheduled reminders or messages that hadn’t been sent yet.
3. What isn’t deleted, or is kept for a while
- Your customers are not notified. If you have upcoming appointments, tell your customers before you delete your account.
- Copies in other services: events already copied to Google Calendar or downloaded by Apple Calendar stay there. Remove them in those apps, and remove SharelyApp from the connected apps of your Google account.
- Your customer account: if you also book appointments as a customer, that is a separate account and is not deleted.
- Your bookings at other businesses stay in their records, with the name and contact details you gave them.
- Records of messages already sent are kept for a limited period, with the recipient encrypted, then deleted. Lists of addresses and numbers that opted out or can’t receive messages are kept so we keep respecting them.
- Billing records: limited purchase identifiers, quantities and dates, without your contact or business details, as needed for accounting and refunds; and pseudonymous records that limit repeated free trials, for a limited period.
- Security logs that hold only account or business IDs, and encrypted backups, until they expire.
Details and retention periods are in our Privacy Policy. You can sign up again with the same email later, but nothing is restored.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Deleting your account cancels any subscription you bought on the SharelyApp web app at once. Payments already made aren’t refunded automatically.
It does not cancel or refund an App Store subscription. Cancel that in your Apple Account settings, or with the Manage App Store subscription button shown before you delete.

5. Delete a single work profile
To delete one work profile and keep the rest of your account, open that work profile’s settings and choose to delete it. Its services, appointments, customers and booking page are deleted immediately; your customers are not notified.
6. Delete your customer account
If you book appointments on SharelyApp booking pages, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my customer account”. We will confirm it’s you and delete your customer account and profile.
Appointments you already made stay in the records of the businesses you booked with, with the name and contact details you gave them, because those records belong to each business. Ask the business directly if you want them removed.
7. If you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook
Deleting your SharelyApp account, in the app or by email, deletes the data we received from Google, Apple or Facebook when you signed in: your account ID with that provider, name, email and profile photo.
To also remove SharelyApp from your provider account, use its settings: in your Google Account, the list of third-party apps and services; for Apple, Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings; on Facebook, Apps and websites in Settings.
If you used Facebook Login and can no longer sign in, email [email protected] with the email address of your Facebook account, and we will delete the data associated with it.
8. Ask us by email
Anyone can ask us to delete personal data, including people an owner added to an appointment. Write to [email protected] with:
- the email address or phone number linked to the data;
- whether you are an owner, a customer, or someone an owner added;
- the business name, if your request is about a booking.
We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month. Where the data belongs to a business’s records, we will pass your request to that business, which decides on it as the controller, and tell you that we did.
