2. How to request deletion

SharelyApp users, including users who signed in with Facebook Login, may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the relevant account.

If you want your SharelyApp data deleted, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account or include enough information for us to identify your record.

Use a clear subject such as "Data deletion request" and state that you want your account information and related personal data removed.

3. Information to include

To help process the request, include your full name, the email address linked to your account, and any relevant business or profile details.

• Your full name
• Your account email address
• Your business name or provider profile name, if applicable
• Any extra details that help us locate the correct record

4. What we delete

When a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the relevant account to the extent required by applicable law and reasonably possible within our systems.

This may include account profile information, login-linked profile data, support request content, and booking or business configuration data associated with that account.

5. What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or to document that a deletion request was completed.

6. Facebook-connected accounts

If you signed in using Facebook Login, you may request deletion of the data associated with your Facebook-connected SharelyApp account by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify identity before completing the request.

If an in-app deletion workflow becomes available for a product surface, users may also use that workflow where offered.

7. Response timeline

We generally respond to deletion requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
