1. About this policy
This Refund Policy covers payments for Sharely Pro subscriptions and text message credit packs. It adds to our Subscription Terms and Terms of Service. SharelyApp is operated by Alexteh Solution SRL, M. Lermontov 8, apt. 1, Balti, Moldova (IDNO 1009602004114, D-U-N-S 535205387).
SharelyApp doesn’t handle payments between owners and their customers. A refund for an owner’s own service is a matter between the owner and the customer.
2. Purchases on the web (Paddle)
Our order process on the web is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders, so refunds for them follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or go to paddle.net, within 14 days of the payment. Paddle reviews each request and decides on it.
- If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase, for example as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that right applies as Paddle’s terms describe.
- Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. It can take several days for the money to reach you.
- You can also write to us at [email protected] about a web payment. We will look into it and help, but we can’t guarantee a refund.
3. Purchases in the App Store
Apple sells App Store purchases and decides refunds for them under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your purchase history in your Apple Account. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Apple also handles your right to cancel within 14 days.
We can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves. You can still contact us at [email protected] and we will look into your case.
If SharelyApp offers purchases through Google Play, refunds for those follow Google Play’s policies.
4. Web payments we refund without being asked
Some web payments for our own products can’t be applied to a SharelyApp account. For these we cancel the subscription, if there is one, and ask Paddle to refund the payment in full. This covers a payment:
- that isn’t linked to a SharelyApp account, or is linked to an account that doesn’t exist;
- first made after the account it was bought for had been deleted;
- taken after you asked to cancel, or after the 30-day grace period for a failed renewal had ended;
- for a quantity or combination of items that our checkout doesn’t offer.
Other payments we can’t apply straight away, such as one made for a different country than your account’s, are reviewed by our team, who will contact you to apply or refund it. We will never ask you to pay again for something you already paid for.
An App Store purchase we can’t apply stays unfinished in your App Store purchase history. Contact us at [email protected], and we will help you have it applied or refunded by Apple.
5. What a refund changes
- A refunded subscription payment ends Pro for the period that payment covered. A refund of an older payment doesn’t end a newer period you paid for. For App Store subscriptions, Pro follows the status Apple gives the subscription.
- A refunded credit pack loses its unused credits. Credits from it that you already used are deducted from credits you buy later. This never leads to a charge.
- A partial refund of a credit pack removes at most the refunded share of its credits, rounded up to whole credits.
- A chargeback counts as a refund. If the store later reverses a refund or chargeback, the credits it removed come back.
6. Cancelling and deleting your account
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling doesn’t refund that period by itself, but you can still ask for a refund as described above.
- Deleting your SharelyApp account cancels a web subscription at once. It doesn’t refund payments already made, and unused credits become unavailable. You can still ask Paddle for a refund within its time limit.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel or refund an App Store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store first.
