Add and manage your services
Set service names, durations, prices, photos and booking page visibility.
Where to find it
Settings → Booking settings → Services
Add or edit a service
Tap the plus button to create a service, or open an existing service.
Enter its name in your main language and set its duration. You can add a photo and an optional price.
If the price is a minimum, turn on Starting price. Check the displayed currency.
Choose whether it is Visible on booking page, add any other language texts and tap the Save checkmark.
Duplicate, hide or reorder
- Touch and hold a service for Duplicate or the visibility action. A duplicate opens as a new service for you to review and save.
- Hide from booking page removes the service from the public page without deleting it.
- Tap Edit and use the drag handles to change the order. Reordering requires a connection and no unsent service changes.
- Delete service asks for confirmation. Check that you want deletion rather than hiding it.
If a service is missing from appointment entry
New services must sync before they can be selected in an appointment. Open the service to resolve a pending change or validation error. If the app asks you to review changed languages or content, make those choices before saving again.
