Browse your dates
Use the week/month control to change the calendar view. Swipe to browse another period, then tap a date to show its appointments. Today brings you back to the current day. Pull down to refresh.
Read the indicators
- The colored bar under a date summarizes appointments and their states. It is not a measure of remaining availability.
- A hollow orange ring marks a date with booking requests waiting for approval.
- Needs approval cards use a dashed orange border. A Pending label on an appointment means a change is waiting to sync.
- Free-time gaps reflect the loaded working hours and appointments. An overlap warning means appointments share time.
Open or add an appointment
Tap a card for its details. Touch and hold it for the available actions. Use the plus button to add an appointment, or tap an offered free-time gap to start there. The app uses the work profile’s time zone.
