Manage your inbox and appointment reminders

Choose the activity, reminders and daily summaries you see in SharelyApp.

Where to find it

Settings → Communication → Notifications

Set your preferences

  1. Turn Notifications on for this work profile.

  2. Choose Appointment activity, Appointment reminders and Daily summary as needed.

  3. For reminders, set Remind me. For a summary, choose when it should arrive.

  4. Tap the Save checkmark.

Use the inbox

Tap the calendar bell to open the inbox. Unread and Read keep messages separate. Opening or clearing an unread message marks it read. Clear all clears the unread messages already covered by the action; newer arrivals can remain unread.

  • Swipe a read message to mark it unread again.
  • Touch and hold a read message for Delete, then confirm if you want to remove it.
  • Opening the inbox alone does not mark everything read. Pull down to refresh.

Inbox, email and customer messages are separate

These controls manage the in-app inbox. They do not enable iPhone push alerts or customer text messages. Use Emails for email delivery and SMS messages for customer texts.

Choose owner email updates, customer notifications and the reply address.

Set up customer SMS messages

Choose reminder timing, review message status and check available SMS usage.

Approve or reject a booking request

Review a request, change its service or time if you need to, and approve or reject it before the deadline.
